Double Header at Martello Fields

Back to back events on the same site are often considered a challenge to both organisers and patrons alike, however over the weekend of the 25th & 26th June we proved that it does work extremely well!

Starting on the Saturday with Seaford Veteran and Armed Forces Day, a well established event that has been running in the town for the past 7/8 years.

We were there in force providing technical and event support services which included PA systems for the Arena & assisting Seaford Town Council with the construction of their 6x6 & 3x4 Marquee's.

On the conclusion of the Armed Forces Day event our site crew sprung into action and started the transformation of the site ready for Seaford Motorfest 2016. Produced by Seaford Community Events Committee, Seaford Motorfest is in its second year and showcases Bike, Trikes, Cars, Trucks & even Buses!

SEL again provide all technical and infrastructure services for the event which included a covered stage and PA for the live music, a cross site PA system for announcements throughout the day, our event control unit and a 6 man event support team to assist the organisers.

After the washout of last year the 2016 event saw a record attendance and we estimate that over 150 cars and approximately 300 bikes took part.
