Bede's go Into the Woods with SEL
This week we've been at the Devonshire Park Theatre in Eastbourne supporting Bede's School with their production of the Sondheim classic 'Into the Woods'.
We've provided all sound reinforcement for the production which includes a full arsenal of 20 radio mics with additional support on stage from a float and rifle mic package.
The company along with the 13 piece orchestra, consisting of School staff, students and professional musicians are balanced from front of house by our Technical Director, Robert Watson using our Roland M480 system. 'Into the Woods' is the first proper outing for our brand new Aviom system, giving the musicians total control over what they need to hear in the pit via a set of headphones.
As well as all of the equipment for the sound production of the show, we have also supplied lots of supplementary lighting including 3 Mac250 Kryptons and 4 of our Chauvet LED Washes.
The show has run over 3 days and we have been working with the company since the start of the initial load in last Sunday, as well as in the planning phases.
We've really enjoyed working with Bede's on this show and look forward to their next project.
