A Musical Week

We've been very busy at SEL this week as we have been supporting 3 different musical shows in 3 different venues.

Firstly we were up again with our friends at Herstmonceux Amateur Theatrical Society with their youth division's production of 'Bugsy Malone'. We provided all sound reinforcement for the show which included 8 radio mics and an operator for the week of performances.

Next we headed to the Devonshire Park Theatre (Eastbourne) providing radio mics, ambient reinforcement and band equipment for Moira House School's production of 'Brenda Bly Teen Detective'. We also supplied additional LED units and moving heads to supplement the In-house lighting rig at theatre.

Then finally we headed east to Bexhill College to assist with their production of 'Carousel'. The college's 'Izzard Theatre' is a great venue but presents it's own set of challenges, the biggest one having to remote the live band into a classroom underneath the auditorium.

Supplementing the college's in house equipment, we provided all the mic's, stands and cabling required in the band room as well as accoustic screens and distribution for the CCTV system and Aviom.

We are happy to report that all of the shows were a great success and all of our clients were extremely happy with the support provided by SEL. We look forward to working with them all again in the future.
